at the Life Science Zurich Impact Conference DATA FOR HEALTH 23 May 2023, at the Technopark Zurich.

Bernd Bodenmiller is Professor of Quantitative Biomedicine at ETH and the University of Zurich and heads the Tumour Profiler Center. His team develops - now also within the framework of the start-up Navignostics - methods for a more precise diagnosis of tumours. He presented the TPC and talked about how single-cell data can be used to model "digital tumours" to understand disease progression and provide clinical decision support for cancer therapy.

The TPC was also represented with a booth at the Life Science Zurich Impact Conference. The stand was well attended and the TPC's work was highly rated. There were requests for collaboration on tumour profiling, enquiries regarding the development of an automated platform for digital pathology (TECAN) and an offer to support blockchain-based data storage.
