Citing TPC Consortium in Publications and Presentations
The TPC asks that authors acknowledge the TPC Consortium in their publications and presentations when utilizing any data from the TPC’s open-access data repositories. Examples of acknowledgement statements are:
“The findings published/shown here are in whole/part derived from data generated by the Tumor Profiler Consortium: https://tumorprofilercenter.ch.”
“Results based on data generated by the Tumor Profiler Consortium: https://tumorprofilercenter.ch.”
“Data utilized in this study were sourced from the Tumor Profiler Consortium: https://tumorprofilercenter.ch.”
While the citation of the original TuPro marker publications that contributed the data used is not mandatory, authors are encouraged to recognize the contribution of the respective specimen donors and research groups to uphold the integrity of scientific research.
Furthermore, the TPC Consortium requests that journal editors, reviewers, and conference organizers verify the inclusion of proper acknowledgements for the TPC Consortium in submitted works.
